Shipping policy
You can receive your orders using one of the following options:

Home delivery: Free shipping for customers with Queen status and for any order of 300 NIS or more. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is 30 NIS. The courier will arrive at the address you provided within 5 business days.

Store pickup: No additional cost. Your order will be ready for pickup within 4 hours from the time of purchase at the store you selected when placing the order. Once your order is ready, the store will contact you. View store list.
*Orders placed after 16:00 will be processed on the next business day.

Orders placed on the website will be delivered to the customer via a courier company, within the time frame indicated on the website at the time of purchase.

The shipping cost will be displayed at the end of the ordering process. In the case of an order paid in installments, the shipping cost may be charged in full in addition to, and at the same time as, the first payment.

The company undertakes to prepare the order for shipping within 3 business days (7 business days for international delivery), subject to product availability. During periods defined on the website as peak seasons and/or special promotions and/or “SALE,” the company undertakes to prepare the order for shipping within 5 business days within Israel.

Delivery time to most areas in Israel is approximately 5 days from the date the order is prepared for shipment. If the shipping address is outside the courier company’s delivery areas, the customer will be asked to collect the products from one of the company’s stores. Alternatively, the website and/or the company may, at their sole discretion, condition delivery to remote areas on a different shipping fee and/or decide not to deliver the order and cancel the transaction. Delivery time for international shipping will be determined according to the courier company’s schedule.

In any case, the website and/or the company shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company and/or due to events beyond their control and/or due to force majeure.
