When placing an order, the User will be required to enter her personal information, including her name, address, identification number, email address, and the type and number of the credit card with which she wishes to place the order. The Website and/or the Company will not be liable for any error in executing the order arising from incorrect information or any incorrect detail entered by the User into the system.
If the User chooses not to enter her credit card details, the order will not be considered complete unless telephone contact is made with her to obtain the credit card details, and only after those details are provided will the order be deemed complete.
When placing an order, the User may indicate whether she agrees that the Website and/or the Company and/or anyone on their behalf may use the information she has provided, including her email address, to send updates and marketing content. Selecting this option constitutes the User’s declaration that she permits the Website and/or the Company to use the information she has provided for marketing purposes. By registering on the Website, the User agrees that her details will be kept in the Company’s information system. It is clarified that credit card details are not stored in the system.

The Company reserves the right to send the customer a reminder regarding items previously ordered where the order was not completed, by sending a message to the email address provided by her.

However, they shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the User as a result of using the Website. Only Israeli law shall apply to any dispute concerning a transaction carried out on the Website, and the competent court in the District of Tel Aviv shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Any notice to the User given according to the details entered into the system shall be deemed to have been received by the User within five (5) business days from the date it was sent for dispatch.
