Shipping

You can receive orders through one of the following options:

 

  • Home Delivery: Free shipping for Queen Members and on all orders over 300 ₪. For orders below this amount, the delivery cost is 30 ₪. The courier will arrive at your provided address within 5 business days.

  • In-Store Pickup: No additional cost. The order will be ready for pickup within 4 hours from the time of the order at the store you selected when placing the order. When your order is ready for pickup, the store will contact you. Our stores list.

*Orders received after 16:00 will be delivered on the next business day.

Returns

You can return items through one of the following options:

  • First Return via Home Delivery: No additional cost. If you wish to return an item purchased on the website, please fill out this form. A courier will collect the item from your location, and once the item is returned to us, we will contact you to initiate the return process. Return times can take up to 14 business days and are not subject to the company's policy. This service is provided by an external company. Items purchased in-store can only be returned in our stores.
  • Return at our Stores: You can return items purchased on the website or in-store at any of our stores.

Return Conditions for Items Purchased on the Website:

  • You can return items that have not been used, are in their original packaging, and include the purchase receipt. The items should be in a bag. Items not returned in their original packaging will not be accepted for return.

  • Cancellation of a transaction for items purchased on the website is possible within 3 days from receiving the order. Beyond this time, a gift card for redemption on the website or in stores will be provided.

  • For a refund, the company will charge a credit card processing fee of 5% of the transaction amount.

  • Items purchased with a gift card or points will be refunded in the same way they were paid for.

  • Items given as gifts in exchange for a promotional benefit or points cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • If the transaction was paid with a Buyme voucher, a refund in the form of a gift card will be provided to Daniella Lehavi.

  • The shipping cost will not be refunded if it was paid.

  • Please note that personalized or customized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Return Conditions for Items Purchased in Stores:

  • When purchasing from our stores, we provide a cash refund according to consumer protection regulations within 2 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Additionally, you can return or exchange products for a gift card for use in stores or on the website (within 14 days from the purchase date or 7 days for SALE items).

  • Items purchased in-store can only be returned in our stores.

Exchanges

  • Exchange at our Stores: You can exchange items purchased on the website or in-store at any of our stores.

Exchange Conditions:

  • You can exchange items that have not been used, are in their original packaging, and include the purchase receipt. The items should be in a shopping bag. Items not returned in their original packaging will not be accepted for exchange.

  • You can exchange full-priced items purchased on the website within 30 days of receiving the items. Items from SALE or Outlet categories can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving them.

  • In the case of combination sales or offers, a partial exchange or return will void the promotional benefit.

  • In the case of exchanging an item partially purchased with points, the points will be reissued on the replacement item.

  • Items given as gifts in exchange for a promotional benefit or points cannot be exchanged or returned.
