Refund policy

  1. The provisions of this section are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741- 1981, and regulations thereunder (hereinafter: the “Law”).
  2. In the event of the cancellation of the transaction, before the order is shipped to the User, the User will be credited with the full amount, which was paid for the order, including the shipping fee, if paid.
  3. In the event that the transaction was cancelled after the order was shipped, even if it has not yet reached its destination, the cancellation of the transaction will be subject to the following conditions (hereinafter: “Products in Proper Condition”):
    • The products are returned to the Website and/or to the Company by registered mail or to one of the Company's stores, in accordance with the instructions of the Company's customer service department;
    • The products are returned within 14 days of receiving them;
    • The products are returned with the original invoice. Products returned without an invoice will not be accepted.
    • The products as mentioned above are returned in their original packaging;
    • The products as mentioned above are returned without any defect and/or damage.
  4. The return of the products will in any case be performed only by arranging this in advance with the Company's customer service department.
  5. The proper condition of the products will be determined by the Website and/or the Company at their sole discretion.
  6. In the event that an order and/or product is returned to the Website and/or to the Company in good condition, the User will be given full monetary credit after deducting the shipping cost, if collected. The credit will be given through the credit card, the details of which were given at the time of the order, in accordance with the credit card company's policy.
  7. It is clarified that the Company may deduct the shipping cost even if the User has not paid for shipping for any reason.
  8. The shipping cost of returning the products will in any case apply to the User.
  9. In addition to the shipping cost, the Website and/or Company reserves the right to also deduct from the credit a cancellation fee of 5% of the cost of returned merchandise or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
  10. The User will not receive a monetary credit for merchandise that was shipped to the User and for which she did not pay.
  11. In the event that unique adjustments are made for the User, the User will be charged these costs and the User will not be credited for these adjustments when returning the product. In cases where additional costs exist such as: taxes, and shipping fees to other destinations in the country and/or worldwide the User will be charged these costs:
  12. The Website and/or the Company will not be responsible for the use of the products not in accordance with the usage instructions and/or the general warranty enclosed with the product.
