The Point System - Explained
: Accumulating the points
When joining and opening the customer card, you will receive 500 points from us
When paying in stores and on the website, the accumulation will be 1:20, that is, if you pay 1000 NIS
You will get 1000 points. After completing the purchase, the points are in "pending" mode and will be valid 48 hours after payment
The site has a link to follow Daniela Lehbi's page on Facebook. If you click on the link and like us, you will receive 100 points.

On your birthday at three o'clock in the afternoon you will receive a gift of 1000 points from us because we think you deserve to treat yourself on your holiday (conditional on the date being updated on the customer's card or if it was updated 30 days before the date itself. If the date was updated close to the day itself (less than 30 days), the points 30 days will be added from the date of the update)
- Become an ambassador of Daniela Lehbi: choose the "invite a company" option on the website, the company will receive an invitation to join Daniela Lehbi's customer circle and a discount code for her first purchase at Daniela Lehbi, as soon as the company makes a purchase, you will receive a gift of 2000 points from us
-When using the gift card, there will be no accumulation of points, the accumulation will be at the time of purchasing the gift card
Redeeming the points :
: There are several options for converting points in discount vouchers
1000 points for 50 NIS
2000 points for 100 NIS
3000 points for 150 NIS
5000 points for 250 NIS
10000 points for 500 NIS
15000 points for 750 NIS
20,000 points for 1000 NIS
One voucher can be used for each purchase, the rest of the remaining points will be kept for the next purchase
- Redeem points on items at full price only and cannot be redeemed on discounted items or any other benefit
Points cannot be redeemed for jewelry and shopping products
the validity of the points
The points will be valid for one year from the date of the last purchase, if no purchase was made within one year from the date of purchase, the points will be deleted by the operating system of the company that operates the points for Daniela Lehbi
One purchase of any amount is enough to extend the validity of the card and the points for free, where the management of Daniela Lehbi is not obliged by law to warn about the expiration of the points, but we usually inform the customers by e-mail and SMS before the expiration
How to use points on the site
: First, log in to your personal card this way
When using the English language press on
"Account"
which is on the desktop at the top of the screen on the right,
"When using the Hebrew language, click on "User".

Enter your email address and password, if you forgot the password, click on
"forgot my password"
Give the email, and a link to reset the password will be sent to your email
- You are now connected to the site as a registered user
Put the items you want to purchase into the shopping cart.
Choose the payment option
Look at the item and below it a gray rectangle
"CHECK OUT"
Click on it
You will be transferred to the payment page
Under the picture of the item you will see how many points you have and a small window that says
"Choose reward"
Click on it and you will see the options for converting the points to a discount in shekels
You can redeem between 1000 and 20,000 points, depending on the amount of points you have,
and receive a discount of 50-1,000 NIS.
When finished, click on the small gray rectangle to the right with an arrow on it
From here, all that remains is to type in the delivery address and the payment method and the package is on its way to you
