1.      Exchange through our customer service:

If you would like to exchange an item purchased on our website, you must contact us via email online@daniellalehavi.com and in which to state your full name, mobile number and your order number. We will contact you for a replacement within 24 hours from the day of receiving the request.

*Exchange for the first time is free of charge, if another exchange is requested - the shipping cost is  30 NIS.

2.      Exchange through any of the Daniela Lehbi stores:

You can exchange an item bought on the website at no additional cost in any of the network stores active these days, for the list of our stores click here

* You can exchange a product at full price up to 30 days, from the day you receive the product. A product in the SALE category Can be exchanged up to 14 days, from the day of receiving the product.

*In the case of combination promotions - exchange or partial return will cancel the benefit of the promotion.

*A product that is taken as a gift in exchange for points cannot be exchanged.

*In case of replacing the purchased product with partial points, the points will be redeemed on the replaced product.

*It is possible to exchange unused products, in the original box and with the purchase invoice. The items must be delivered wrapped in a bag with the return sticker on it (do not stick the sticker on the box or the item). You can use the delivery bag or any other bag.

3.      Return by courier to home:

If you want to return an item bought on our website, you must contact us by email  online@daniellalehavi.com and in which to state your full name, mobile number and your order number. We will contact you for the return within 24 hours of receiving the request.

We will send you an email with return instructions and as soon as the item is returned to us we will call to credit you (takes up to 7 days).

*The return times by the external delivery company are up to 14 business days and do not depend on the company's policy, this service is provided by an external company.

*Return of a full price product or a full price product purchased with up to 20% points discount will be granted  Up to 30 days, from the day of receiving the product. A product in the SALE category It can be returned up to 14 days from the day of receiving the product.

*Cancellation of a transaction will be possible in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law within 48 hours from the date of receipt of a reference in our office - the determining time is the time of notification to the company.

* Refund - at the discretion of the company, in case of more than one refund, a credit fee of 5% of the transaction amount will be charged.

*No refunds will be given for items purchased with gift vouchers or with points in full.

*If the days have passed for canceling a deal for an item purchased outside of the SALE period , you will be entitled to return the product to the company from the 3rd day until the 30th day from the date of receipt of the product, and you will receive an electronic credit voucher for redemption on the website  or in our chain stores.

*In the case of returning a product purchased with partial points/ gift card, the points or gift card will be returned to the customer's account and will not be accepted as a refund or credit.

*The shipping cost will not be refunded if the shipping was paid.
